Poochie Stamper Paws Vintage Mattel Ink Stamp Toy 1980 It hangs from a VictorianThis vintage toy is the Poochie Stamper Paws ink stamp. Poochie is made of hard plastic and has fuzzy plush ears and purple sunglasses on top of her head. Pressing down on her sunglasses pushes down the ink stamp on the bottom. There's a yellow ribbon around her neck with a pink ID tag with the Poochie logo on it. Poochie originally came with a yellow heart shaped base that had an ink pad in the middle and two other stamps that could be interchanged.
